Sitting down with Seun Aiyedun was exciting… evident that he has an extreme passion for his craft, would be saying the least. From blazing the trails of fashion week, to rubbing elbows with some models that you'd love to know; he has perfected his craft. As we sit down on the steps on Chinda Avenue he tells us a little about his line “INSTINCT”, friendships, and how the public can assist his spark. Please, introduce yourself to the world, and tell them what exactly it is that you do. I am Seun Aiyedun, and I am a stylist/designer/entrepreneur…I do everything, well I hope to do everything. A present day renaissance man! Yes! (Laughter) The Spark Rookie Name: Seun Aiyedun Age: 23 Location: Port Harcourt Occupation: Clothing Designer/Stylist What exactly got you started in this world… when did you fall in love with fashion? The funny thing is I never knew this job existed… Honestly until my 2nd year at the University. I've always loved to dress, and I loved fashion, I just never knew that was a specific job title. It actually wasn't until a friend from high school introduced me to this. The pieces vary from being very bold and statement worthy to very sleek and simple. My style does of course have an influence in many of the pieces. Describe your line in three words. In three words I would describe my line as fun, edgy, and playful. Let's move on to styling. What do you love most about styling? Just that fact that I can put something together that not a lot of people would have seen beforehand. So when they see it, they're in shock. The wow factor! Fashion is expression, wear whatever you feel like wearing. If it makes you feel good wear it! Who are successful key players in the fashion world that you look up to? Mai Atafo. I loved his style from the beginning, before he made the trend list. Grey for their simplicity, and last but not least Scott Disick… you're go
