Dear readers ,
I ’ m excited to introduce myself as the new editor of Valve World magazine . For the past seven months , I ’ ve had the incredible opportunity to meet and work with many brilliant minds across our industry . As I ’ ve fully immersed myself in the valve world ( pun intended !), I ’ ve gained a deep appreciation for the innovative spirit and expertise that drives our field forward . Now , I ’ m thrilled to connect directly with you , our global community of valve professionals .
This issue covers important topics in the valve industry . Our cover story “ Bray International Inc .: Agility and innovation at its core ” looks at how they are pushing the boundaries of flow control and automation . This article examines Bray ’ s commitment to customer-centric innovation and global expansion , showcasing how companies are addressing the challenges of evolving customer needs and technological advancement in our field .
Artur Mathias writes about key materials used in pressure relief valve construction . His analysis helps readers choose the right components for safety , performance and longlasting use in different industries .
We interview Bader Al-Jarallah , a Valve Engineering Consultant at Saudi Aramco . He talks about the main challenges in the valve industry and shares ideas on how to improve valve performance , reliability and upkeep .
