the areas of application for the GEMÜ C12A electrical position indicator . The GEMÜ C12A electrical position indicator is available with immediate effect in a design that can be fitted to the pneumatically operated GEMÜ C60 CleanStar diaphragm valve in actuator sizes 1 , 2 , and 3 . This expansion supplements the existing option of fitting it to the GEMÜ C50 iComLine
series by adding another valve series . The GEMÜ C12A uses a forked photoelectric sensor for contactless detection of the open position of the valve and transmits an electrical signal to the plant control system . The compact and cost-effective design makes it particularly advantageous in installation situations when there is little space .
