Circor showcases valve solutions
Emerson ’ s new eco-friendly electric valve actuator
Circor International will showcase its Hale Hamilton brand valves for the hydrogen economy at the 4th American Hydrogen Forum . Circor offers trusted Hale Hamilton valves for hydrogen power conversion processes like fuel cells , gas turbines , and gas engines . These include pressure regulators , relief valves , back pressure valves , and isolation valves . Accessories and skid solutions also enable hydrogen transportation and storage
through gas control , isolation , and filtration . Circor ’ s isolation valves and controls have been used to supply hydrogen fueling stations . For a supplier of hydrogen trailers , Circor provided the ASV pneumatic stop valve qualified per European standards for transportable hydrogen storage . Circor ’ s fluid and gas handling solutions support critical hydrogen system applications across industries through reliable and safe operation .
Emerson has introduced the Fisher easy-Drive 200R electric actuator for Fisher butterfly and ball valves . Paired with these valves , the 200R actuator provides accurate and reliable
performance in extreme industrial conditions , increasing uptime and reducing emissions . The 200R addresses limitations of pneumatic actuators :
• Easy installation & calibration using the free Configurator Software
• Low power consumption , suitable without utility power
• Operation down to -40C, eliminating need for heaters
• Loss of power positioning with optional RPU-100
• Remote monitoring and configuration via Modbus serial interface
The 200R expands Emerson ’ s easy-Drive portfolio , joining existing actuators for globe and rotary valves . It eliminates control-related emissions from gas-operated systems in remote locations like oil and gas .
Armatury Group , ZMK Technologies and Vexve join forces
Vexve Armatury Group , comprising Vexve Oy , ARMATURY Group a . s ., and ZMK Technologies GmbH , will now be known as “ Vexve ”. The rebranding brings together over 80 years of experience in valve design and manufacturing . Vexve has five wholly owned production facilities in Finland , Czechia , Germany , and China . Already 75 % of revenue comes from products enabling lowcarbon energy like district , hydrogen , hydropower , and nuclear . Vexve aims to be carbon neutral in its operations by end of 2024 . The three companies under Vexve will continue operating under their existing legal entities . The rebranding does not affect agreements , contracts or product certificates . www . valve-world . net Valve World March 2024
