Smarter, faster and fully connected motion control
The new Level 1 AxisPro valve expands the Vickers by Danfoss line with cutting-edge digital technology and improved accessibility. Designed for demanding applications such as presses, factory automation and machine tools, the valve combines servo-level performance with simplified setup and real-time optimization. Equipped with a digital amplifier and compatibility with leading network protocols including Profinet ®, EtherCAT ®, Ethernet / IP, and CANopen, the AxisPro valve ensures seamless integration and precise motion control. Enhanced tuning and flow linearisation provide stable, consistent performance, while adjustable dither and deadband eliminate stick-slip and dead zones, delivering smooth, reliable operation even under challenging conditions. Durability is also a key highlight. With IP65 and IP67 ingress protection, operation up to 70 ° C( 158 ° F), and resistance to corrosion and extreme vibration( up to 50g), the valve is engineered to perform in tough industrial environments.
