PRESENTATION TOPICS

For the 2026 event, Valve World has selected a number of hot topics we would like to highlight at the conference. Along with our Steering Committee, we will select the most relevant and engaging presentations for our 2026 programme. If your abstract ties into these topics, you’ ll increase your chances of presenting at the Valve World Conference!

Prospective authors wishing to present a paper should submit an abstract of about 300 – 500 words before the 23rd of March 2026. Please include keywords relating to the topic of your abstract.
Mention your name and function, company name and email address and the title of the paper. The following selection criteria will apply:
• Quality of content: non-commercial, informative, technical
• Focus on application experience
• Informative to a wide audience
• Affiliation with the presentation topics
POTENTIAL TOPICS:
• Oil & Gas: Onshore / offshore, LNG cryogenics, refining
• Chemical & Petrochemical: Fertiliser, severe service, materials
• Energy & Renewables:( Green) Ammonia,( green) hydrogen, nuclear power and energy, SMRs, CCS, offshore wind power, molten salt plants, data centres
• Standardisation: PFAS, certifications, standards,
• Digitalisation & Innovations: AI, additive manufacturing, block chain
• Food & Beverage: Cleaning, safety
• Water & Wastewater: Remote monitoring, infrastructure
• Pharma & Life sciences: Hygienic, biotech, sterile processing

The deadline for the abstracts is the 23 rd of March 2026. Presenters will be notified the third week of May as to whether their proposed presentation has been accepted.

If accepted, you will be invited to submit a PowerPoint presentation to accompany you during your presentation. The deadline for sending in presentation materials is the 19 th of October 2026.
