The Valve World Conference 2024 Steering Committee invites presentations on a wide variety of topics related to valves , actuators , and the flow control industry .
Presenting at the conference is a great opportunity to establish yourself as a thought leader in the valve community and to build up industry recognition . By sharing your expertise , research findings , or innovative practices , you ’ ll be contributing to the industry ’ s growth and evolution . Moreover , engaging with attendees after your presentation can provide valuable feedback and new perspectives on your work .
We are thrilled to extend an invitation to experts from all domains to speak at the upcoming Valve World Expo & Conference . This conference is an excellent platform to share your insights , experiences , and innovations with a global audience of industry leaders , experts , and enthusiasts .

How to submit an abstract
Please send your abstract to the conference coordinator Ms Alexandra Kist by scanning the QR code to be taken to our online submission form . Prospective authors wishing to present a paper should submit an abstract of about 300 – 500 words before the 26 th of February 2024 . Please include keywords relating to the topic of your abstract .
Mention your name and function , company name and e-mail address , and the title of the paper . The following selection criteria will apply :
• quality of the content
• focus on application experience
• informative to a wide audience
• affiliation with the conference subject balance
• technical nature , i . e . non-commercial
The deadline for abstracts is the 26 th of February , 2024 . Presenters will be notified by the first week of May as to whether or not their proposed presentation has been accepted by the Steering Committee .

Consequently , they will be invited to submit the PowerPoint ( or equivalent ) to accompany you during your presentation . The deadline for sending in presentation materials is the 30 th of September , 2024 .
