Crane Engineering , a distributor of fluid technology solutions in the Midwest , announced that it was awarded a distributor partnership with ITT Engineered Valves for Dia-Flo , Cam-Line , Cam-Tite , and exclusivity for the high purity Pure- Flo product line . This remarkable expansion follows Crane Engineering ’ s previous and ongoing distribution of ITT Engineered Valves ’ Fabri-Valve line .
The distribution region will span North Dakota , South Dakota , Minnesota , Wisconsin , and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan , marking a significant shift in ITT ’ s channel strategy . The expansion of Crane Engineering ’ s partnership points to the company ’ s sales growth , notably with product lines such as ITT Goulds Pumps .

Ferguson plc announced the acquisition of Bruce Supply Corp ( Bruce Supply ), a plumbing distributor ; The Kennedy Companies ( Kennedy ), a waterworks distributor ; and S . G . Torrice , an HVAC distributor . All three acquisitions closed in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ending July 31 st , 2023 , and generate aggregate annualized revenues of approximately USD $ 450 million .

Setpoint Integrated Solutions , a leading process control distributor and repair provider of control valves , pressure protection , instrumentation , and isolation equipment solutions , announced that Cory Jones has been named as President , Cory Jones , who has been Vice President of Operations .
Jones has more than 15 years of global technical and valve experience and over 6 years of senior management experience , including years of strategic operations , technical valve , and green belt experience . Before Setpoint , Cory served in operations and valve specialty roles with BP and Tyco Valves and Controls .
Jones earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana Monroe . Additionally , he holds a Management Certificate in Global Oil and Gas Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and an LSS Green Belt Certification from the University of Texas at Arlington TMAC .
