Clow Valve Opens USD $ 80 Million Dollar Foundry Expansion
Clow Valve, among the McWane Inc. family of companies, recently unveiled its $ 80 million, 36,000 square-foot foundry expansion in Oskaloosa, Iowa. The project initially broke ground in 2023 with support from the state ' s High Quality Jobs Program, which assists qualifying businesses in offsetting incurred costs to locate, expand, or modernize Iowa facilities.

The expansion nearly doubles the company ' s production capacity by replacing outdated equipment, automating the foundry ' s control systems, enhancing sustainability and improving employee safety and ergonomics.
Partners for the expansion include general contractor EC & S and Diversified Pattern and Engineering Company.
Relevant Industrial Adds Lindberg Process Equipment to Its Operations
Relevant Industrial, LLC has acquired Lindberg Process Equipment, a provider of industrial heating and combustion systems. The acquisition strengthens Relevant’ s geographic presence in the U. S. Midwest while expanding its ability to support local customers.
Lindberg’ s operations will combine with Relevant’ s New Brighton, MN location, adding an established thermal solutions partner in a key industrial region. The move allows the company to provide faster response times, improved product availability, and more tailored support to industrial customers across the Midwest.
