Flomatic’ s Swing Check Valves Meet Requirements for Industrial Water Applications
Flomatic’ s latest 12” Model 92 Swing Check Valve is engineered for industrial water and wastewater applications to minimize the effects of water hammer during pump shutdown.
Model 92 is designed to suit specific operating conditions and is available in three configurations: Lever & Spring( 3712LS), Lever & Weight( 3712LW), and Lever, Weight & Air Cushion( 3712CS).
The valve is constructed from ductile iron for the body, cover, clapper arm, and disc holder, and a replaceable stainless steel seat ring ensures positive sealing, even in high-solids environments. A resilient, one-piece, cut-seat seal offers a self-cleaning wiping effect and bubble-tight sealing across pressure ranges. As a result, all these design features enable the valve to withstand high stress and shock loads.
Each also supports horizontal or vertical( flow-up) pipeline installations while field-convertible external controls are made possible by a convertible shaft, dual-keyed lever arm, and symmetrical cylinder mount, allowing for efficient installation and adjustments.
The valves also fully comply with ANSI / AWWA Standard C508, AIS, and BABA.
Equilibar’ s Single Use Valves Offer Reliable Precision Control
The Equilibar SDO is just one of the single use valves from the company designed to provide precision control and help optimize single use biopharmaceutical processing.
The Equilibar SDO features multi-orifice valve technology, which can be used in place of a standard pinch valve in pressure and flow control applications. The disposable polymer body inserts into a stainless steel support housing with a wing nut closure for quick and easy assembly.
Single Use Systems, as an alternative to stainless steel systems, avoid cross contamination, CIP validation, and require lower cost components.
