ExxonMobil Introduces Vantage:“ A New Lens on Upstream Operations”
ExxonMobil has introduced Vantage, a centralized operations and monitoring center designed to enhance safety, environmental stewardship, and operational performance.
With its ability to enable seamless integration of autonomous operations across its global network, Vantage is designed to monitor several operations that can enhance safety and optimize production at thousands of its sites across the U. S.
According to the company, the system operates as a central hub for real-time monitoring and production management, serving as an extension of its field teams to provide efficient decision making and safer, more sustainable upstream operations.
ExxonMobil explained that more than 22,000 sites can be monitored including the Permian Basin, Denbury, and the Bakken with around-the-clock monitoring to keep production safe and efficient 24 / 7.
The company explained that Vantage can manage and optimize more than 1 million barrels of oil and over 3 million barrels of water per day. Additionally, more than 3 billion cubic feet of natural gas can be monitored and directed daily while 29,000 + barrels per day in oil uplift can be realized through field and remote operations.
SPX FLOW Secures $ 30 Million + Expansion Project with Arla Foods
APV, a brand within SPX FLOW’ s Nutrition & Health division, has secured a major project worth more than USD $ 30 million with Arla Foods, one of the world’ s largest dairy cooperatives.
The partnership aims to make the Lockerbie Creamery in Scotland a UHT center of excellence. The expansion also underpins Arla’ s ambition to be carbon net zero by 2050.
SPX FLOW designed the UHT solution around Arla’ s agreed targets to minimize water, energy and waste, which are key performance indicators for dairy’ s broader sustainability goals. The project enables long production runs, reduced operational steps, and supports a high-volume / low-product strategy. The APV-retrofitted Creamery now includes a Flex-Mix Instant Mixer for vacuum mixing, Q055 Energy-Saving Plate Heat Exchangers, and assorted pumps and valves.
