PVI Holdings Announces Official Name Change
PVI Holdings announced that it has officially changed its name to Vytl Controls Group . The decision to publicly create recognizable unity and enhance crosscompany integration is a direct reflection of the investment made over the past year to ensure the company provides unmatched technical expertise and solutions to all current and future industries it serves .

A-T Controls , Setpoint Integrated Solutions , Valsource , and W & O are now formally recognized as and will add on to their name , a Vytl Company . This change unifies each brand under one umbrella and fully leverages the resources , products , services , and engineering expertise across each company within Vytl Controls Group .
The new name more accurately represents the company ’ s expanded capabilities , vision , commitment to each brand ’ s market , as well as future growth goals .

GMS Instruments was acquired by W & O in June of 2024 and will now formally adopt the name W & O , a Vytl Company . With the rebrand , EMI ( formerly known as Engine Monitor , Inc .) and Valve Automation and Control of San Diego ( VAC ) teams will also join the marine practice and adopt the W & O , a Vytl Company brand .
Messer Announces Strategic Investment of Over USD $ 70Million
Messer has announced a strategic investment of over USD $ 70Million to construct a state-of-the-art air separation unit ( ASU ) in Berryville , Arkansas . The new facility will address the growing demand for industrial gases in the southern part of the US , reinforcing Messer ’ s commitment to supporting expanding industries in the region .
Messer ’ s site in Berryville will create quality career opportunities , employ more than 20 people , and provide temporary local jobs during the construction phase of the project . This new ASU will also
complement the company ’ s existing facility in Lewisville , Arkansas , enhancing production capacity to meet the increasing demand for essential gases . The ASU in Berryville is slated for completion in the second half of 2026 .

Wolseley Canada has announced several organizational changes to better align business in key markets and drive an intentional strategy in their plumbing and HVAC businesses . Tom Mackenzie will take on a new role as Head of HVAC Strategy . Alex Nahvi will take on a new role as Head of Plumbing Strategy . In these new roles , Tom and Alex will oversee national strategy development and growth for HVAC and Plumbing respectively at Wolseley Canada – including identifying market opportunities , understanding industry trends , developing national and not only understands the process and flow measurement industries , but their long-established market also provides a clear synergy with Titan ’ s flow meters and flow measuring instruments .

Wolseley Canada Announces Organizational Changes
