Sanhua Launches New PEV-S Pulse Expansion Valves
Sanhua is advancing its refrigeration solutions with the introduction of new PEV- S Pulse Expansion Valves , now capable of handling a Maximum Operating Pressure Differential ( MOPD ) of up to 35 bar . Previously , the company ’ s PEV models were constrained to MOPDs of 30 , 25 , or 18 bar .
The newly introduced PEV-S series incorporates innovative coil models inspired by the MQ coils from Sanhua ’ s MDF series . These include an enhanced top assembly compatible with the existing PEV body . Additionally , Sanhua has broadened its coil offerings with the MQ- A03 models , featuring standard screw terminals for secure electrical connections , and the MQ-A11 models , which are equipped with lever terminals , allowing for easier , tool-free installation .
The PEV series , specialized for refrigeration systems , utilizes a solenoid valve structure to accurately control refrigerant flow into the evaporator . By using pulse width modulation , these valves enable precise and responsive management of refrigerant flow , enhancing overall system efficiency .
With these new advancements , Sanhua continues to demonstrate its commitment to innovation and efficiency in refrigeration technologies .
Hayward Flow Control Releases New Ball Valve Line for Laboratory Service
CHayward Flow Control announced the addition of the LCH Series Ball Valve line to its range of flow control products for low flow applications . The LCH is ideal for laboratory service where fine control monitoring and sampling are required , as well as on / off operation . The LCH Series features a quarter-turn ball design with a PVC lever for ease of control .
Available in 1 / 4 ” size , the LCH Series features all PVC construction with EPDM or FPM Seats and Seals with Female NPT Thread x Female NPT Thread , Hose Barb
Emerson Helps Oil and Gas Company Meet Emissions Standards with New Electric Dump Valves
Emerson recently partnered with Laramie Energy to help the Colorado-based oil and gas producer comply with state and federal emissions regulations . Using ASCOTM zero-emissions electric dump valves , the only such all-electric solution for separators , scrubbers , and compression units , Emerson helped Laramie Energy achieve compliance by eliminating both vented and fugitive emissions from the liquid dump stage of their separation process . x Hose Barb or Male NPT Thread x Male NPT Thread end connections . All valves are fully pressure rated for 150 PSI / PN10 at 70 ° F / 23 ° C non-shock with maximum temperature of 140 ° F / 60 ° C .

Typical applications or installations for the LCH Series include , but are not limited to , laboratories , process sampling or low flow service for municipal waste and water , clean water technology , chemical transfer and processing , aquatic and animal life support systems , other applications requiring fine fluid control .
Conventional dump valves are often piloted by well gas , which can leak into the atmosphere as vented and fugitive emissions . Some states , including Colorado , have emissions regulations that include fines for noncompliance , and the Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA ) has established a waste emissions charge for methane emissions that exceed specified thresholds . If fugitive emissions are detected , the EPA requires oil and gas producers to report their greenhouse gas data and conduct tests , surveys and repairs . Companies that fall out of regulation must pay expensive fines and waste subsequent downtime to reestablish compliance .
