All pricing and other information contained herein is believed to be accurate. However, ValuTrack reserves the right to change advertised prices and other terms and conditions contained in this catalog without further notice. Please call to confirm pricing before ordering. All returns are subject to manufacturers return policies. Packaging of returns: All returns, defective or otherwise, must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packaging materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer's packaging, contain all blank warranty cards, accesssories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns, open or used products, or products not in new condition will be assessed additional restocking fees dependin on condition and ValuTrack's ability to remarket the returned product. ValuTrack will refuse any return of items missing UPC codes. Nonrefundable charges: Labor, installation services, and shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, therefore, all returns must be prepaid. ValuTrack recommends that you send your return via a trackable service with appropriate insurance. ValuTrack is not responsible for lost parcels. Defective/DOA Merchandise: DOA products must be reported to Customer Service at 866.825.8382 or [email protected] within the first 15 days of receipt, and if deemed by us to be defective, maybe repaired or replaced at our sole discretion. Some manufacturers require DOA's to be handled directly with the manufacturer, and in these cases we will provide the contact information. DOA's that prove through testing to not be defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 30 days the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. Refused Orders: All refused orders (for reasons other than shipping damage) will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. In addition, refused orders will be subjet to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products to ValuTrack. Manufacturers Limited Express Warranty: You are entitled to the manufacturer's limited express warranty, if any, that accompanies the product. ValuTrack offers no additional or independent warranty. ValuTrack Corporation shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages: the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.
