the provision that they will become appropriately profitable only
after 3 years, should be established quickly. These processing
houses should be equipped with proper equipments and machines
and should be manned by well trained technical and commercial
people.
f)Intensive On-Job vocational Training Programmers for Stitchers,
Technicians, and Sample & Prototype Makers, for Product
Designers & Product Developers should be established through
Industry participation only. Existing & Present Jute related
Government agencies in its management and in its deliverables
must not be involved at all.
