● Out & About
Seafood, while premium smoked and cured offerings are supplied by Back Sheep Bacon Co.
The Tavern’ s dedication to promoting local businesses is evident through its partnership with O’ Neill Coffee Co., bringing smallbatch, locally roasted coffee to the table. Produce, greens and herbs are grown sustainably through Ferris Farms and West Winn Urban Ag Aquaponics, providing clean, nutrient-rich ingredients. Highquality meats come from trusted regional suppliers such as Whitings Family Meats, Fallen Aspen Farms, Moose Family Meats, Two Fat Guys, and Wholesome Family Farms, each contributing ethically-raised, farmfresh selections.
Dairy and specialty goods are sourced from Canon Creamery. Natural sweeteners and artisanal flavors are provided by Hillcrest Apiary, known for its local honey, and Windy Knoll Maple Syrup, which supplies rich, small-batch maple products.
Together, these important partnerships allow The Tavern to offer guests a truly local, farmfocused dining experience, one rooted in quality, sustainability, and community support. According to the younger Buck, the Nobles are“ the magic of The Tavern.” He said,“ Their mission was to rebuild the rust-belt experience while bolstering the farming and agriculture
communities. They have succeeded.” V
