Wellness and Balance

Wellness is about balance as much as boundaries. When we have balance we are able to increase focus and productivity. The feeling of balanced connection to inner peace that offers mental and spiritual relaxation. Our physical and spiritual well being also benefit from having balance in our lives, by decreasing stress. Take time every four hours to sit for ten minutes in silence. This time can be used for meditation, visualization, or nothing at all. This biggest part is to breathe!
