Everyone want the 'perfect body', you know the muscles, abs, a nice tan, but it isnt as easy as it looks. to get a 'perfect body' you need to exercise and maintain a healthy balanced diet. a balanced diet means eating the right proportions or servings of each food. If you eat mostly protein foods but very little fruits or vegetables, your diet isn't balanced.
Exercising at least 30 minutes a day reduces stress, lowers your body fat, improves your sleep, and boosts your self-confidence and self-esteem. but lets be real. nobodys perfect, no matter how beautiful you are your brain will always try and find a flaw so just accept you for you because everyone is beautiful

There can be many different ways to have a negative body image. one may be that you are obese, the cause of this may be that you are eating all the wrong foods and alot of it like junk food, in order to stop this you must eat healthy and watch your diet and try go for daily excersice to. another sign may be that you think your not pretty enough, but the truth is everyone is beautiful in there own way, you need to have confidence in yourself. you cant change who you are
