Helping others thrive in what they are positioned to do has always been a passion for Adrian Rivers . At 23 , Rivers leaned into his calling as a pastor and started a church to focus on collaborating with the community .
Growing in front of others led Rivers to be a representative for young leaders and spark positive change in the community .
As a Georgia Division of Family and Children Services coordinator for nearly 10 years , LAMP board president for four years , growing politician and radio show host , he has positioned his passion for growth .
Rivers developed an organization to stretch beyond politics but stimulate change in the community . When Leaders Meet is an organization that allows leaders from diverse backgrounds to share ideas and motivate change in the community by working together .
