EAST VAIL REAL ESTATE SUMMARY
East Vail had a strong first quarter of 2015 with total dollar volume of sales up more than 50% over the same time period last year. Transaction volume
remained constant year-over-year while prices crept upwards across all property types. Notable sales in the quarter include a large single family on
Bridge Road that sold for $3.45M and a new construction half-duplex on Gore Creek that sold for $2.8M. There are a couple of new construction
