It appears that the extended management contract with Troon Golf continues to increase activity in the Cordillera neighborhoods. The average
price-per-square-foot is continuing to increase. This quarter, it increased by 12%. Watch for an active second quarter as there are currently 6
properties under contract ranging in price from $875,000 up to $3.95M.
