REOPENING
After a 2 year Hurricane Irma
recovery and renovation effort, the
North Tower of Grand Seas Re-opens!
In September, 2017, Hurricane Irma brought howling winds and pounding rains to
Volusia County, home to our Grand Seas beachfront resort. The resort management
team participated in the mandatory evacuation which was enforced as the storm
approached and safely evacuated owners, guests, and secured the property for the
category 4 hurricane.
