ALL RESORTS:
Bedding has been updated to the Sealy Plush mattresses, replacing the Sleep Number beds.
RFID locks are being installed on the pool gates to ensure that only registered Owners and guests have access.
Your management team is presently reviewing the prospect of adding additional compliant lighting to the pool areas
before the start of Sea Turtle season.
UPCOMING PROJECTS:
Sea Villas will be having pavers installed on the upper levels. Lighting will be updated in unit kitchen areas and the drop
down ceilings are planned for removal.
Ocean Sands will have the flooring and kitchen refresh completed this year. New entry doors are planned for installation.
Sea Villas 4 is having the lighting updated in the kitchen area, with the removal of the drop down ceilings. The ceiling fans
are being relocated to the living room.
