Renovations have been occurring all throughout the Exploria Resorts home resort locations.
Updates include:

UNIT RENOVATION UPDATE
Condos I & II
Buildings 202, 203 and 204 renovations were completed in
2016 and resort operations teams are working diligently to
ensure that the units remain in pristine condition.
We are communicating, supervising and working in conjunction
with the Contractors and Designers to complete the renovations
in the 205 and 208 Buildings in by end of March.
Lakeside Houses
The resort operations team is working diligently in conjunction
with the Contractors and Designers to complete the renovations
in Houses 306, 307, 308, 309, and 310. These renovations
are expected to be completed by the time of VACATIONmode
distribution in mid-March.

Opening Soon: Hello Coffee Shop
The new coffee shop located in the resort Clubhouse is
expected to open in April. The amenity will serve Starbucks
branded coffees, teas, and specialty beverages and an
assortment of ‘grab and go’ food and specialty items.
