Grand Opening April 6 th !
Guests are starting to experience Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon™ at
Universal Studios. You can join in the fun by participating in this technical rehearsal*.
Face Jimmy Fallon and all your favorite characters from NBC’s “The Tonight Show”
in an all-new ride. Jimmy is challenging you for bragging rights to the coveted The
Tonight Show Cup in a thrilling race that will have you zooming around familiar New
York landmarks. Board the unique “flying theater” and it’s you versus Jimmy as you find yourself speeding down the show’s hallways
and through the busy streets of midtown Manhattan, rumbling down into the city’s subways, soaring over skyscrapers and diving into
the East River as you hurtle neck and neck towards the finish line.
Before your ride even begins you’ll be immersed in the world of “The Tonight Show”. You’ll explore memorabilia featuring suits of
past hosts and iconic props honoring the program, bringing back memories of 60 years’ worth of laugh-filled late nights in front of
the television. The waiting area and lobby have been designed to re-create the decor of 30 Rock making you feel like you’re actually
strolling the marble floors of this New York landmark. While you wait in the upstairs lounge to enter Studio 6B, home of “The Tonight
Show”, the Ragtime Gals barbershop quartet and Hashtag the Panda come out to entertain you. You can also play interactive games
based on Jimmy’s most popular routines and watch recent video clips from the show.
