Where did the summer go?
If you are like many of us, you are likely finding yourself squeezing the last bit
of summer out of your calendar… is this you? Wherever you have summered
this season, hopefully you’ll have memories to cherish for years to come…
so as the dog days of summer wind down, our focus begins to turn to getting
back to school or looking ahead to the fall calendar. The celebrations of
summer are coming to a close and preparations for favorite fall festivities are
underway all around the home resorts in Florida, Tennessee, Missouri and
in Pennsylvania. Yes, that’s right! Pennsylvania! We’ve added a new home
resort location to the Exploria Resorts portfolio…
It is with pleasure that we extend a very warm WELCOME to nearly 20,000
new owners who join the Exploria Resorts family with the addition to the
resort portfolio of Pocono Mountain Villas, formerly The Villas at TreeTops
and Fairway. This beautiful all seasons resort, situated in the Pocono
Mountains of Pennsylvania - adjacent to The Delaware Water Gap National
Recreation area - is a treat to visit any season of the year. This summer,
resort teams have been hard at work there as the resort was rebranded, now
reflecting the Exploria Resorts identity. A renovated restaurant has opened
and plans are underway to begin renovation of the resort’s 618 units. Read
more about the adventures that await your discovery in pages 4-17 and
you’ll understand why everyone is a buzz about this new destination where
you’ll want to ‘pursue your happiness!’
