Before taking your allterrain vehicle (ATV) or snowmobile out on the Upper Peninsula of Michigan’s hundreds of miles of scenic trails, stop by family-owned Headwaters Polaris in Watersmeet, Mich. Headwaters is a Polaris snowmobile, ATV, utility vehicle and sport side-byside dealer. Headwaters Polaris is one of the selected dealers to carry Brutus, Polaris’s new commercial line of utility vehicles. Polaris has been an industry leader for more than 50 years with its outdoor recreational vehicles. An array of mechanical services are offered for all makes and models, ranging from oil changes to engine repair. Headwaters Polaris accepts trades and deals in used snowmobiles, ATVs and utility vehicles of any brand. If you are looking to rent an ATV or snowmobile, Headwaters has everything you need. Summer ATV and utility-vehicle rentals range from $150 to $325 a day depending on the vehicle. Rental fees include a helmet and goggles if needed. During winter the rental rates vary from $150 to $175 a day depending on the snowmobile and equipment. All rental snowmobiles have electric start and reverse. Plenty of parking is available, so customers can leave vehicles right at the shop while exploring the Upper Peninsula. Headwaters also carries a large selection of Polaris and other brands of merchandise and clothing. Headwaters Polaris is located on Highway 45, just north of U.S. Highway 2 in Watersmeet and is open Mondays through Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 8 a.m. to noon.
