OUR PERFECT LOCATION... Ocho Rios
is on the NE coast of Jamaica, in the parish
of St Ann, known as the garden parish due to
its lush landscape. The villa itself is about a
1.5 hour scenic drive from the main airport. We suggest
Karanda Tours to drive you here.

OUR TROPICAL BEACHES... We are 1
block away from the famous sandy beaches
and clear ocean waters Jamaica is known for.
We provide you with beach chairs and snorkel sets so that you can explore the island and enjoy the
company and intimacy of your group.

OUR BEAUTIFUL HOME... This is a
5-bedroom, 8,000 square foot villa, just 400
yards from the beach, with its own 5-person
staff delivering a high service level. We are
in an upscale community, mostly made up of returning
retirees from UK, Canada, USA, Germany, and more.

OUR GLORIOUS FOOD... We have staff
to cook meals, but you can choose to prepare
your own food. The local market offers an array of local ingredients, as do nearby grocery
stores. Or sample jerk chicken at Scotchie’s, or the Almond Tree’s bouillabaisse. And that’s just the start...!
