Q: What are your goals for this year for the band ?
This year, we hope to expand our reach to brand new levels. We have many new plot points and musical compositions in the works that we think will be as challenging as they are exciting. We are always seeking to broaden our horizons as performers and strengthen our roots in Mount Airy and the Yadkin Valley region, so we are scheduling more performances in the area than ever before. Our goal as an ensemble is to bring people together, while still presenting challenging and sometimes controversial themes. 2017 has already been a landmark year for Going Dutch, and we hope to build upon our success and entertain audiences for years to come.
