Mash the bananas with a fork.
Add the whisked eggs and mix well until smooth.
Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add a teaspoon

golden brown.
Serve with toppings such as maple syrup, blue berries,
walnuts, sliced bananas, strawberries, yogurt, nuts and
seeds etc.
