Once the course is complete, the student now gets to show what they
have learned. The instructor will be videotaping the student to provide
a review of pre/post ESM skills which can have a lasting effect on the
student. As an instructor, this is my favorite part of the course because I
love to see and point out the progress/changes in the student from beginning to end.
