I started UTD Watersports San Diego
in January. While
there have been
some minor hiccups
which amounted
to some annoyance, overall the
experience has been
extremely positive.
I am bringing in
my expertise as a
Client Relationship
Manager to ensure
that customers will
get the highest level
of customer care,
pre, during and post
training with us. I am also looking forward to forming a true community where participants can get together
and have fun or just do things together and promote camaraderie.
My goal for this year for the company is to have a 100% satisfaction from each and everyone of my customers, whether they took a class from us, joined us for a tour, or purchased an equipment package. I personally believe that the only way to reach this goal is to be genuinely interested in finding out the needs
of these customers and meeting their needs by going above
and beyond what is expected of
me without compromising the
integrity of the company. As the
flagship facility, I also believe
that I have the responsibility to
set the standards that other facilities will measure against and the
only way to do that is leadership
by example.
