greatly improve our customer service to you. Whether it be your educational needs and/or product distribution, we can now boast that we are truly Global but "LOCAL."  We realized two years ago that we were growing so fast and our reach was so vast that we, HQ in San Diego, CA, could no longer adequately serve you from a distance. We needed to be more local and needed help to achieve that goal. We needed Global Partners/Managers who could be your local point of contact, speak your language, be in your time zone, answer your questions, direct you to the right instructors, fulfill your certification needs, distribute the equipment from their local locations, provide the after sales service you need, support local warranties and repairs, develop local projects, provide access to local adventures, essentially serve you locally - after all, you're "family." So Jeff and I, together with an absolutely brilliant IT team, developed a NEW website/software that supports our vision of Global Partners/Managers and integrates the training and certification process, delivers our digital content securely, allows for paid bookings of events and classes, allows for distribution level and retail equipment sales and ordering process, supports our local UTD community with social networking, supports our global presence with multiple languages and currencies, and ultimately features our "Educational System" - as education is the cornerstone of UTD.  What to Expect:  You will see this very exciting move forward for UTD and all of our family.  Regional Partners / Managers On January 7, 2015 our new Regional Partners take over.
