The Breathing Cycle
1.Breathing in
the water is
primarily
for buoyancy.
2. Anticipate
your needed
lung volume
based on your
buoyancy.
4. If you lungs are too
full to maintain proper
buoyancy, then exhale
and add a small amount
of gas from your BCD.
3. You lungs are
primary to
control depth.
5. If you lungs are too
empty to maintain
proper buoyancy, then
inhale and dump a small
amount of gas from
your BCD.
