BEST BUDDIES

Best Buddies is a worldwide

organization pairing students and

individuals with intellectual or

developmental disabilities in a

one-on-one friendship. Volunteers are

paired with a "buddy" for the school

year. This year, over 65 buddies

participated in the program.

Approximately 80 volunteers were

involved in the program and over

$2,650 was raised.

Notable events this year included the matching activity in October. Using a Harry Potter theme this year, Best Buddies directors matched buddies to volunteers with over 250 individuals attending. The annual Talent Show and Valentine’s Day dance also attracted large crowds.
