Automatic Tuition Withdrawl is
required for all team members. Financial
information is charged on the 5th or 20th
of each month!
PROGRAM COSTS
A $20 fee is assessed monthly for
participants that DO NOT put financial information
on file. A credit card must be put on file for
miscellaneous fees and in the event the financial
information on file does not process

Competition and choreography fees cover
Includes NEW Fusion Uniform, Practice Wear (1 top and
choreography camps, coaches fees, music, and LOCAL
1 bottom), and Competition/Practice Bow. (Shoes, warm-ups,
competition fees! National Competition fees are separate

Discounts:
Sibling Discounts are 15% off monthly tuition for the athlete with the higher tuition rate. Sibling discounts apply to the participants billed to the same account!
The PAY-IN-FULL discount is 5% off the total price of tuition for those who pay all tuition fees at registration.
Fusion offers a referral incentive of free monthly tuition for each athlete referred and who signs up for our FULL YEAR PROGRAM (up to 3 athletes). This will be
credited at the end of the season!
*** If your athlete leaves the program before April 30th, 2016, you will forfeit all tuition payments and will be charged a $250 Breaking Contract Fee. All team
fees must be paid in addition to the $250 Breaking Contract Fee. Team fees and Tuition Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE!***
