HISTORY- Patrick Kelly founded USL Magazine on May 14th, 2011. The concept was to create a publication that encompassed all the aspects of music and entertainment, while boasting a real fashion flair. USL’ s first celebrity cover was internationa supermodel and celebrity DJ Sky Nellor.
