U.S. Diagnostics began selling on-site drug screens in July of 1998 under the name Instant Drug Detection and became
U.S. Diagnostics in 2003. Our company goal has always been to provide the best customer support and on-site
diagnostic products in the industry. Through constant pursuit of this goal, our company has grown to be one of the
nation’s best and largest drug screen providers. In an industry with constant turnover, we are very proud to have retained

The founder, incorporator, and president of U.S. Diagnostics is Larry Hartselle.
U.S. Diagnostics currently operates from a newly constructed 21,000 square foot facility in Huntsville,
Alabama. This facility allows U.S. Diagnostics to stock over three million dollars worth of inventory in
order to anticipate and meet the needs of our clients. All orders placed by 3:30 PM CST are shipped
out the same day.
As one of the largest, privately owned OEM manufacturers in the country, we have exclusive products
designed to our technical specifications. We pride ourselves on the technical things like line development, line clarity, specificity, etc. Drug detection cut-off levels on all U.S. Diagnostics devices are set
at the SAMHSA recommended cut-off levels for each drug. These cut-off levels coupled with our
stringent quality control program ensure consistent correlation with laboratory confirmation results. All
drug screens are lot-tested for quality control purposes upon arrival and are stored in a climate-controlled environment to insure accurate and consistent performance through their expiration date. We
have found that a drug screen's true accuracy can only be determined by its performance in the field,
and its correlation with the laboratory GC/MS (Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry) confirmation
results. They also show the highest correlation with laboratory GC/MS confirmation results of any
instant drug screen that our clients have experienced.
