CATEGORY A: Applicable to All Members (Members are subject for review for noncompliance. Must follow the noncompliance protocol set forth in this document) 1. All members of the USASF have a Professional Responsibility to protect and preserve All Star Cheer and Dance and the rules and regulations which govern it. A. By accepting the terms and conditions of membership, all members agree to protect and preserve All Star Cheer and Dance by agreeing to voice concerns, disagreements and differences of USASF policy or rulings, within the structure of the USASF committees and refrain from utilizing public/social media outlets as a forum to harness support with a clear intent to undermine the USASF. 2. All members of the USASF have a Professional Responsibility to follow and uphold the USASF Sportsmanship Code of Conduct outlined in this document. A. In order to uphold the mission of the USASF and ensure that all participants have the benefit of a safe environment, all attendees of USASF Events and all the functions associated with the Event, including, but not limited to the competition site itself, host hotel, etc. must behave accordingly in a respectful, courteous and sportsman like manner at all times, including social media. i. Sportsmanship Code of Conduct –Electronic Communication (Social Media) USASF Members may not use social media to publicly criticize, with the intent to harm, other USASF members including, event producers, judges owners, coaches, staff members, volunteers, athletes or teams. All USASF members including, event producers, owners, coaches, staff members, volunteers, and athletes represent All Star and are subject to USASF rules. All members who have social media accounts or administer a USASF Member program/event or team account, are responsible for knowing these rules. USASF Members are expected to oversee personal/team social media sites as if you were posting on the official USASF sites. ii. USASF Members may not utilize false or anonymous social media accounts for the purposes of cyber-bullying USASF Members, including USASF staff, officials, program owners, coaches, affiliates, athletes, (teams) judges or event(s) event producers. B. Any attendee of a USASF sanctioned event, including but not limited to registered participant, spectator, program, coach, or hosting event staff, who physically or verbally assaults or threatens bodily harm to an official, coach, participant, spectator, volunteer, or staff member will be subject to immediate disciplinary review and may be suspended as determined by the Disciplinary Committee. Upon a secondary offense, the individual membership will be revoked and the individual will not allowed to participate at USASF Events and/or redeem any USASF membership benefits, such as credentials, participation in committees, etc. Category A 8.
