CATEGORY B: Applicable only for Program Owner Members Program Owner Members are subject for review for noncompliance for Category A and B 1. All Program owner members of the USASF have a Professional Responsibility to develop and implement a policy that educates and holds accountable that the athletes representing the member program are USASF registered members. A. All Program owner members have a responsibility to educate and hold accountable athletes and those representing their program of the USASF Sportsmanship Code of Conduct. Unsportsman like conduct may have disciplinary consequences not only for the athlete but for the member program. 2. All Program owner members of the USASF have a Professional Responsibility to carry liability insurance as outlined in the official definition of a program listed in the rules. 3. All Program owner members of the USASF have a Professional Responsibility to provide Official USASF rosters at every USASF Sanctioned Event All USASF registered athletes must have proof of age on file with the USASF and/or documentation upon request that athletes representing member program are age compliant with the USASF Age grid guidelines established by the USASF at all USASF Sanctioned Events. 4. All Program owner members of the USASF have a Professional Responsibility to insure that the member program verification of the athlete’s age is authentic. 5. All Program owner members of the USASF have a Professional Responsibility to maintain and keep current all appropriate state and local business licensing requirements. 6. All Program owner members of the USASF have a Professional Responsibility to not make false statements on registrations, advertising or marketing materials with regards to USASF membership, credentialing, or certifications. 7. All Program owner members of the USASF have a Professional Responsibility to comply with the USASF Program Release policy that states: Any athlete that has exhibitioned or competed on the floor with a team in any level from a (Primary program), during the Worlds competition season (November 1, 2017– May 1, 2018) will have to have a USASF Program Release Waiver signed by the owner of that program (Primary program) before that athlete is eligible to compete with another program (Secondary program) at the 2018 Cheerleading and Dance Worlds. 8. All Program owner members of the USASF have a Professional Responsibility to not knowingly disseminate false or misleading information about another member. 9. All Program owner members of the USASF have a Professional Responsibility to avoid both actual and perceived conflicts of interest in the conduct of business on the behalf of the organization. It is inconsistent with this obligation for any member to use or be perceived as using USASF properties, services, opportunities, authority or influence to gain private benefit in any capacity.
