Jack Beckwith Northeast Sales Manager Hannibal, New York Since April of 2016, Jack Beckwith has served customers throughout the Northeast as a Customer Service Technician and now as the Northeast Sales Manager in Hannibal, NY. Jack has taken over the role previously occupied by long-time Wood-Mizer New York Manager Dave Scott. “The most special part of my career so far was being able to work with Dave,” said Jack. “Always leading by example, Dave created a branch that provides top notch customer service to our sawyers.” “If I were to choose a favorite memory with Wood-Mizer, it would probably be working my first show. My duties at the show included tailing off of the LT40 mill with Dave Scott at the helm, answering questions regarding our product, and speaking with existing customers about their experiences with a Wood-Mizer mill. This was the first time in my life that I actually thought to myself, ‘Am I actually getting paid to do this, this is so much fun!’” In his personal life, Jack enjoys hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle and anything that takes place in the great outdoors. “I am engaged to the love of my life, Katie, with a wedding planned for the Fall of 2017,” said Jack. “We both grew up in the small town of Hannibal where our branch is located. I grew up working on my family’s Christmas tree farm, which is located just down the road from the branch.” Jack looks forward to continuing to hearing about the achievements of sawyers and meeting others who share his love for the outdoors. “The most enjoyable part of my job is interacting with our customers and hearing about their successes with their Wood-Mizer sawmill,” said Jack. “Many customers will share pictures of their projects with me and it is a constant reminder that our products not only cut accurate lumber, but they assist people in fulfilling their dreams.” 2017 SERVICE LOOP SCHEDULE SEPTEMBER Wisconsin Sign up deadline 9/8/17 HURRY!
