The one word I absolutely dislike
is DIET! Diets are everywhere!
There are so many false promises
when you use these crazy popular
diets! So how do you jump start
your metabolism and keep it running to create a fat burning machine. We are going to talk about
the 7 things to keep your metabolism burning fat! What one must
remember is the golden rule. The
golden rule is to count the calories
and exercise but along with this
you need to remember that our
metabolisms are all different. So I
mention this because metabolisms
have to be reset by what I call our
eating clock.
