How much water do we need?
There isn't s certain about you need. Just know that after you have exercised or you are thirsty, make sure to drink as plenty of water as you can. You want to keep hydrated throughout the day. Hydrated means your body has the amount of water that it needs.
What happends if we don't drink water?
Not drinking water is very dangerous. The body can only last for about less than a week without water. If you are dehydrated, you can get headaches, constipation, you feel tired and you will not be able to concentrate or focus. Being dehydrated is very dangerous. But you must always remember that you shouldn't drink too much water as it can also be bad for you.
How does water help?
Water can prevent headaches and gives you lots of energy to be able to have fun and play with your friends in the park! You need water to urinate (pee) and poo. You can check if you're having enough water by checking your pee! If it is a dark yellow, you need more water! If it is almost clear, you are getting enough. If you drink water, it is less likely for you to get sick. You will be in a better mood! Water protects your overall healt.

Well, puppies, trees and humans all have one thing in common - they need water!
That's right! Water. 'Why do we need water?' you ask? Well we all need water to live and stay healthy.
Water makes up more then half of our bodies. Without it we would all die. Scary isn't it? Inside of our bodies, we have organs that have different jobs and those organs need water too.
When we don't drink enough water we can get dehydrated which is when your body does not have enough water. Dehydration can cause headaches and make you tired. Sometimes it can even make you sick! So make sure you always have a water bottle in hand.
