Daily Living in Uruguay
In most families in Uruguay it is common for the average child to live with there family and parents until about the early thirties. In the United States we would think that is a long time to live with your parents and family but in Uruguay that is found as a frequent thing. Another this is that most children will live with there parents until they get married or start there careers.
Holidays
Uruguay celebrates Christmas and New Years day the same as we do in the United States. Other holidays they have are Epiphany which is the twelve days after Christmas day. This day is when John the Bap- tist baptized Jesus and three wise men came upon Jesus. Next they have a Carnival that always falls on good Friday and Easter. This is a main holiday in the capital. It has music, dancers, games and others.
Religion In Uruguay the church and state have completely been separated from each other. One third of the country believe in no religion at all and only some attend church regularly. They don ' t really have a main religion it is mostly divided up into several different ones.
