feel empowered.
We are amazing!
We need to
support each
other. If you
see another
girl wearing a
swimsuit and she
looks nervous,
tell her she is
beautiful. No
matter what size
she is, big or
small, because
thin women have
just as many self
criticisms as plus
size women do.
Whether you chose to wear
a fatkini, bikini, tankini,
one-piece, or shorts and
t-shirt this summer, do
it with a smile on your
face and own it! Like I tell
people that express to me
how they wish they could
have the confidence I
do, “Fake it till you make
it.” Eventually you’ll start
believing it too.
