The project is based on the
research and response to the
demographics which show that
residents’ main concerns are
lack of jobs, lack of services for
young people and parents not
taking responsibility for their
children. As a result of these
studies my response is to design
a hotel, which supports the area
of Millwall. The hotel creates
employment, allowing the less
fortunate who reside in Millwall
to work.
This hotel will provide a social
environment for business clients
from Canary Wharf and youths
who need opportunities.
The youths can also participate
in fun activities provided by the
hotel functions, such as dance,
kayaking and learning practical
life skills in first aid.

‘The project is a facility
to promote help to the
underdeveloped and
disadvantaged, who are
incapable of providing for
themselves’.
