The design and layout will be providing accommodation, dining and performance space for dance and performing art. There is also a social area for residents with mini library and computer access. The first half of the building is 2 floors and a loft conversion and the second front half is 2 floors where the rooms are. The entrance is the foyer and dining area. A reception query area at the back where the entrance to the auditorium is. The rooms are self contained with bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There are single rooms for vulnerable residents and the other rooms are for 3 - 4 residents per room with bunk and single beds.
