Developing structural elements:
- Due to the nature of the structure
600 mm reinforced concrete columns
will be used
- Aiming to keep as many open spaces
as possible for easy access, play
and waiting areas and natural light
distribution
- A post tensioned reinforced concrete
slab will be used to allow low
construction weight and costs.

- Entirely glass facade to allow as
much sun light as possible
- Centralised core with stairs, elevators,
reception and rest rooms
for easier access
- Suspended ceiling and dry walls
- Fire Wall insulation
- Gas, water and ventilation ducts
- Boiler and gas rooms on the basement floor
- 50 and 100 cm walls with added lead insulation in the radiology bunkers
