construction weight and costs.
- Entirely glass facade to allow as
much sun light as possible
- Centralised core with stairs, elevators,
reception and rest rooms

- Gas, water and ventilation ducts
- Boiler and gas rooms on the basement floor
- 50 and 100 cm walls with added lead insulation in the radiology bunkers
