The new financial centre of the capital , the Royal Victoria Docks ( RVD ) is slowly developing into a vibrant community which will return back to the locals of London as a place of innovation and invention . Originally the main shipping dock-yard in the early 1900 , providing for the rest of the country , the docks were also recorded to have been one of the largest in Europe back then . Since the 1970s the main factory that was stationed the , Millennium Mills , shut and closed down due to the expansion of manufacturing facilities onto C the greater edge of London . The “ TRVDE ” harnesses the history of invention of the local area , and incorporates the general local creating a space for the original trading platform gentrifying with the more up to date procedure of trading which I all online now .
