Pastel

Urbane ’ s latest completed home : “ Pastel ”. A single level home located in the pristine river front suburb of Bicton , Pastel , combined street appeal and refined interiors . The extended ceiling height throughout the home creates a feeling of grandeur , which combined with a meticulously curated material palette , commands sophistication and elegance .
Robust architectural details are apparent throughout the home from the concrete root to the use of painted bricks softened with organic curves and the use of light timber tones . This visual balance contrasts textures in perfect equilibrium . An uninterrupted kitchen and living area enhance the feeling of spaciousness enhanced with the extensive use of glass .
Pastel was designed to address the needs of a young family while ensuring it combines all the features of a luxury home and a premium , quality build . Both parents and children have adequate privacy with bedrooms at separate ends of the home while being connected to the main living area to come together as a family , for today and long into the future .
